With a career spanning over twenty years, Eleanor Shanley is one of the most loved singers in folk music history. Whether as a soloist or collaborating with De Danann and the late Ronnie Drew, her voice rings with lyrical emotion. Renowned for her unique interpretation of Irish and roots songs, Eleanor tours extensively to worldwide acclaim. Ennis born Mike Hanrahan boasts an enigmatic music career that began in 1977 with Tumbleweed. Since then he spent fifteen years with Stockton’s Wing as songwriter, guitarist and singer, before embarking on new chapters with Finbar Furey and Ronnie Drew among other luminaries. His versatility is such that he wrote the film ‘The Ballad of the Crimson Warrior’, and penned his memoir entitled ‘Beautiful Affair’.
